Tibet is roof of the world. A great land where nights are solitary and frozen, wind blows incessantly, carving mountains from sand, twisting rivers from their basins, blotting out the sky. The people who live here are broad minded and generous, natural dancers and singers, possessed of a stubborn artistry that reflects the purity of their immense and beautiful land. “Wind” is a folk dance expressing the love of the Tibetan people for their homeland.
